At handmacher-shop.at you can pay for your order via the online payment system PayPal, via PayPal with Credit Card or Preypayment.

All other EU-countries and Switzerland:

The shipping costs will be determined in the course of the checkout after indicating the delivery address. The shipping costs have to be paid by you (customer) even if you completely or partly return the products to Karl Reichl Schuhmacherei.

Delivery:
Orders will be shipped no later than 30 days after the reception of your order, If the order cannot be carried through, e.g. the ordered products are not available, you will be notified as soon as we become aware of the issue. Payments already done will be refunded immediately.

The customer has no right to withdraw from the contract concerning deliveries of products which are being fabricated according to the customer’s specifications, which are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs or which are not fitted for the return due to their nature.
